Brief Description of Gifts: Neon Manipulation- Hanna can create and manipulate charged neon particles that have a purple-blue color. She can create crude melee weapons with rods of extremely hot neon and even shoot them from her hands. She does not appear to be able to manifest her powers at will, there appears to be some kind of mental block that only lets her manifest them in extremely specific circumstances. Perhaps with enough work, willful use of the power could be unlocked.
